Connection Newspapers has educational internship opportunities year round. Our unpaid internships require a minimum of 16 hours a week for 6-8 weeks. We often invite successful interns to remain and gain further experience and knowledge. We offer educational internships in newsroom/photography, graphics/design, marketing/sales or web/social media.
Newsroom & photography interns will need transportation to events you cover as well as to our office, as directed by your internship supervisor. Web, marketing and graphics internships take place almost exclusively in the office. Our office is located in Alexandria, Va., within walking distance of the King Street Metro station.
